Hello, I am Chrissy. I am an identity development coach and educator, as well as the owner of Mindful Living Company. I have supported individuals in private practice, both as a counselor and a coach. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and I have master level training as a Neurolinguistics Coach and educator.  I am excited to focus on my coaching practice and education programs.

I believe that everyone has a voice and a story that needs to be heard. I believe everyone has the potential to look inside themselves, compassionately observe what is working, what is not, and to courageously reauthor their story in a way that will allow them to live a life aligned with their values. I have had the privilege and honor to walk alongside individuals during this journey for twenty plus years. Time and time again, I have observed the peace, joy, adventures, creativity, and love that transpires. My absolute favorite moment of the process is when I get to say, "Welcome to the life you said you wanted when we began"!

What she said! I remember learning and feeling the truth of this statement during graduate school, training as a coach, and while being present with clients. Connection creates a safe space, the freedom to be open and honest. This environment has proven to be one of the most influential factors during times of growth and identity expansion. I am mindful of this energy during every one of my sessions and communications with clients.

I will bring a genuine, non-judgmental, and encouraging coaching style. You bring the goals & desires you have for your life. Together, we will walk this journey at your pace, with compassion, grace, and gentle humor when needed.
